Dr. Arey Kingsley Eseoghene is a highly respected Occupational Health and Safety Consultant with over two decades of impactful experience in environmental management, public health, community development, and workforce empowerment across Nigeria.


He is the founder and CEO of Paradigm Shift Solutions, a forward-thinking consultancy dedicated to providing strategic solutions for small and medium enterprises, particularly in the areas of environmental health, community health, safety compliance, and manpower development.

Throughout his career, Dr. Arey has worked closely with youths and young entrepreneurs in the Niger Delta, equipping them with the practical skills and knowledge required to start and sustain small businesses. His work has contributed meaningfully to regional stability and economic empowerment.


In 2003, he served as a team member and facilitator with the National Opportunities Industrialization Center (NOIC), Effurun, for a USAID-funded program focused on vocational training for Niger Delta youths. He later played a vital role as Field Coordinator and Facilitator during the 2006 National Population Census in Delta State, and in the 2007 Post Enumeration Survey across Nigeria.


An academic at heart, Dr. Arey is currently an Adjunct Lecturer in Public Health at the Faculty of Health Sciences, National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Abuja, where he has mentored numerous undergraduate and postgraduate students over the past three years, particularly in research and project development.



His academic journey reflects a deep commitment to excellence:

Master’s in Public Health – University of Benin


Ph.D. in Occupational Health and Safety – University of Port Harcourt


Dr. Arey is also a UK-Certified Occupational Health and Safety Specialist, trained by the Occupational Health and Safety Association (United Kingdom).


Beyond academia and consultancy, he has authored two significant books:


1. Medicinal Plants of West Africa: A Clinical Presentation of Rauwolfia vomitoria


2. Occupational Health and Safety Practice for Petroleum Industry Workers in Nigeria: A Cursory Review

He published his first book with Push Drive Online Publishing, USA, and continues to contribute to scientific and public discourse on safety, health, and environmental responsibility.


His professional journey includes an internship with the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR)—now Petroleum Upstream Regulatory Commission—at the NNPC Warri Zonal Office in 2013, where he gained hands-on experience in petroleum analysis and regulation.


Dr. Arey Kingsley Eseoghene remains passionate about building safer workplaces, healthier communities, and more informed professionals through education, policy advocacy, and practical training.
